Overview
CWS Corporate Housing provides short-term, fully-furnished rentals for business travelers. The company was founded in Austin, TX and has exclusive access to more than 46,000 apartment homes in 165 communities across 17 markets in the United States.
Challenge
Our primary goal with CWS Housing was to improve the look and user experience of their current website. We also needed to condense content for a more straight-forward user experience. CWS Housing is able to provide services in any state, but focuses on four primary states. We had to determine a simple but unique way to communicate that to site visitors.The company ‘extranet’ also needed to be migrated and re-designed to match the new site.

Solution
Our design team went to work with a crisp, yet inviting color palette. We created a new design approach that would be welcoming, yet modern, staying within the corporate guidelines CWS provided. To minimize the amount of text on the site, we incorporated icons and images to convey location details. For the extranet migration, we worked with CWS Housing’s IT department to ensure the necessary portals were migrated to the new website.
